Recognizing that an informed staff will be better able to participate, the Superintendent shall establish procedures and structures which promote effective communication. Structures, within which staff communications may occur, will be implemented in accordance with need, and shall include:

1. the Superintendent's Teacher Advisory Council, which will meet monthly on a regular schedule;

2. monthly meetings of the total Administrative staff;

3. periodic meetings with employee groups or representative groups, including classified and certified employees;

4. printed materials (memoranda, newsletters, copies of documents, etc.) distributed to appropriate employees/employee groups;

5. written communications between individuals, in letter or memorandum form; and

6. ongoing research and assessment activities which seek general information as well as opinions, ideas and other employee responses.
