February 24-March 10, 2006

Target audience:
GCS’ non-teaching staff

Response rate:
2,762 responses or 57 percent of staff responded to the overall survey.

Survey Design:
A series of closed- and open-ended questions measured opinions in six areas including:
Workplace Environment
Facilities
Goals and Leadership

Employment
Professional Growth and Development
Value and Appreciation

Results for each question indicate the number of responses selected in the following categories: Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree and Strongly Disagree. Total number of responses per question is listed as well as a weighted average for each question. Weighted averages are on a 4.0 scale with 4.0 indicating that the respondent strongly agrees and 1.0 indicating that the respondent strongly disagrees.
